hi774 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "hi774", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the hi774 platform accessible at https://hi774.io.
• "Platform" means the hi774 website, browser-based application, all games, all sports betting markets, and all associated services made available at hi774.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the hi774 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on the hi774 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using real currency (BDT) that have cleared and are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spin winnings, or other bonus funds credited to a Player's Account under an active promotion.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the hi774 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the hi774 Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the hi774 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The hi774 Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, make any deposit, or place any wager on hi774. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. hi774 will conduct age verification checks at registration and at first deposit. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their Accounts suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any Real Money Balance returned net of any bonuses claimed.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

3.3 Excluded Persons

• Persons who have had a prior hi774 Account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use the hi774 Platform for real-money play, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number. You must not use false, misleading, or another person's identity information at any stage of the registration process.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the hi774 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hi774 reserves the right to close all but the earliest registered Account, forfeit any bonuses claimed across the duplicate accounts, and in cases of deliberate fraud, permanently ban the Player and forfeit the entire Account balance.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. hi774 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify hi774 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

hi774 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification. KYC requirements are a standard part of hi774's commitment to safe and fair play.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hi774 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hi774 does not apply currency conversion fees on any BDT transaction.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated within the hi774 cashier section of the Platform. hi774 reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance within 60 seconds in the majority of cases. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 5 minutes to credit. hi774 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile financial service providers.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by hi774 within 15 minutes in the majority of cases, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. hi774 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that trigger fraud or money-laundering risk signals.

5.5 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. hi774 reserves the right to require withdrawal via the original deposit method as an anti-money-laundering measure. Funds may not be transferred to a payment method in a name other than the registered Account holder's name.

5.6 Responsible Deposit Behaviour

Players are encouraged to set deposit limits on their Account via the Responsible Gaming tools available in the Account settings. Deposit limits may be reduced at any time with immediate effect. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits made available on the hi774 Platform are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), game contribution percentages, and expiry dates. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any winnings attributable to those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Real Money Balance is wagered before Bonus Balance unless the Player instructs otherwise. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise in the promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

hi774 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements; and exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and any associated winnings forfeited and their Account suspended.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account without notice.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Casino Games

7.4 Maximum Win Limits

Maximum win limits per single bet, per game round, or per day may apply and will be communicated in the relevant game or market information. hi774 reserves the right to cap winnings in excess of applicable maximum win limits regardless of the displayed payout amount in the event of a technical error.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hi774 Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all balances forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or betting market.

• Money laundering or using the Platform for any fraudulent financial activity.

9. Privacy & Data

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hi774 will not sell your personal data to third parties. hi774 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. hi774 is not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by hi774

hi774 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where hi774 reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraud or prohibited conduct, or where continued Account operation would pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players. In the event of termination for cause, hi774 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance and cancel all pending withdrawals.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting hi774 customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, hi774 will process any outstanding Real Money Balance withdrawal within the standard processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

13. Amendments

hi774 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Amendments take effect 7 days after notification, or immediately where required by law or to address an urgent security or integrity concern.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the hi774 Platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through hi774's internal complaints procedure will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by hi774, details of which will be provided to the Player upon request.
